FIXED GEN-685 - "Cannot pay with Direct Debit when using Give Without an Account" 

• As a donor, when attempting to make a direct debit payment 'without an account' the form was failing due to missing first and last name despite first and last name fields not being presented to the user (and are not required in any case).
• Removed first and last name validation from this payment scenario.
• This issue is not applicable to Generous Charity as the payment scenario does not exist.
