There are currently two places where you can find a failed transaction in Generous. The first is in the failed transaction report, this report is the only way to see all multiple members failed transactions. The second way to locate a failed transaction is in a members profile.
How to find the failed transaction report:
1. Log into Generous.
2. Click Reports > Failed Transaction Report.
How to find individual members failed transactions:
1. Log into Generous.
2. Click People > Members.
3. Select the members email address.
4. Click Transaction History Tab.
5. Click the arrow to see the members transaction details.
