When a new congregant creates an account with Generous, either through a smartphone app or the website, their details are saved accordingly. You can view these details, view a donation report, a list of the giver's recurring transactions if any, etc. You can also delete their user record.
- Click People > Members.
- Either click Search and enter the congregant's details, or click the Date Created column to sort out the rows in either ascending or descending order and view those who joined most recently.
Tip: To view the recurring gifts, if any, click the calendar icon displayed next to the Donation Report icon, e.g.:
