I have account questions and/or need to get a refund on a payment

If you have made a payment using the Text to Give or Text to Register SMS/TXT system you will be able to receive a refund within the 30 minute grace period from when the original transaction was approved by you. Just send > the word "REFUND" to your church giving number and the system will reply accordingly.
