The GENEROUS platform is hosted here in Australia at Melbourne's Primus Commander Data Centre (Tier 1) which is one of the Southern Hemisphere's most advanced web hosting facilities.
The IP (software) which underpins the GENEROUS platform was developed by our office in the USA PowerServe US – which is owned by the GENEROUS GROUP of Companies here in Australia (Day3, Heartburst, Clear). This original software is currently serving over 4000 member churches & charities in the US and has transacted over $600 million USD since 2016.
Transactions are transmitted using 256 Bit TSL/SSL and card data only touches Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant systems. Card details are tokenised, stored, and encrypted on industrial grade servers. Our security is on par with leading financial services and banking institutions.
The GENEROUS platform is supported by over 50 programmers and staff in our Australian and 20 in our US office.
