How hard is it to transfer across from one provider (eg, Pushpay) to Generous?

Our dedicated Onboarding team will work hard to help you and your team through the transfer.

Only a few small changes need to happen on the external side of things. The web interface change is relatively straightforward, including embedding the widget, adding links to the web App, etc. See our example site here https://ourcommunitychurch.com.au/give/.

A little change of language from the pulpit is encouraged. Start by using the phrase, “You can give online through our Generous app", or "...our Church’s giving app”, rather than through the "PushPay" or "Tithely" app. (We want your church to be the hero not Generous.)

We will help migrate your users onto the Generous platform as part of our Onboarding service.
